RANCH PROGRAM - “BUILD A BUNKHOUSE”

Burning Stone Ministries in partnership with Whispered Dreams Ranch (located near Thunder Bay, Ontario) will accommodate indigenous youth to provide a “ranch” experience while participating in our programs. But, we need a BUNKHOUSE. 

BENEFITS TO YOUTH

• Special professional counselling for youth identified to be "at risk" or "in crisis";
• Workshops provided by Burning Stone personnel to groups of indigenous youth;
• Provision of programs designed to teach life skills, promote inner healing and build self-esteem through the use of horses and outdoor experiences.  

NEEDS & COST

• Accommodation: A bunkhouse to accommodate the young people visiting the ranch. Size is 35’ x 20’, with a 6’ deck on the front.
• Volunteers: To assist in the construction of the bunkhouse.
• Funds Goal:  $45,000

Construction is planned to commence as soon as sufficient funds have been received. (If donations for the bunkhouse construction exceed the need, funds will be used to support other Ranch Program activities.)
